Out of the Box Medical is very concerned about the health of the patients and families that come into the office as well as the families that welcome us into their home. Whether you are in our office or we are in your home we are taking extra precautions with the cleanliness of the office and the equipment that we will take into your home.
1. All equipment will be wiped down after each use
2. Masks and gloves will be worn at each visit
3. Gowns will be worn when appropriate and clothes will be changed between each home
Prior to each visit a health screen will be performed to determine the risk of COVID exposure. Please let us know if you have any risk of exposure or symptoms of COVID (fever, cough, congestion, difficulty breathing, loss of taste).
